Shipping policy

PICK UP

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from our business address in Melkbosstrand. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 9-4pm on Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders over R1800 attract Free Standard Shipping anywhere in South Africa. 
For orders under R1800, we charge a flat shipping rate of R120 anywhere in South Africa. 
We only deliver with reputable local couriers and all of our deliveries are trackable with unique tracking numbers per order. 

If you would like to request express shipping, we could offer you the service at an additional fee. Simply send us an email.
